Located at 82-10 Rockaway Blvd, Ozone Park, NY 11416, El Monstruo Tire Shop Corp. operates as a tire shop serving Ozone Park in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 7 am–1 am. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Ozone Park is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Ozone Park is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This is, without a doubt, the worst tire shop I have ever visited. My experience has been consistently disappointing, and the customer service is unacceptable. The heavyset employee is extremely rude, unprofessional, and speaks to customers with no respect. This was my third visit to this shop because I had a nail in my tire and only needed a simple tire plug. Instead of inspecting the tire properly or helping me with the repair, he immediately claimed that my tire was no good and insisted I needed to buy a new one. The problem is that I purchased these tires only one month ago, so there was absolutely no reason to replace them. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time. Every single time I come here, I’m told I need to buy a new tire or replace something, regardless of the actual condition. It feels like they’re more focused on making a sale than providing honest service. As a customer, it gives the impression that they’re trying to pressure people into spending money they don’t need to spend. Honesty and customer service are essential in any business, and unfortunately, this shop has shown neither. I will never return, and I would strongly encoura

The employee working the night shift kept staring at his phone the entire time. When I asked about the price, he didn’t even look up at me. Running a business like this is honestly kind of ridiculous.

60% thread Tire was patched in this shop and leaked again at the same spot next day on the trip to upstate. Need to change a new tire. Shop didn't take any responsibility. They said once u leave the shop, there is no guarantee not to leak even at the same patch what so ever. Not recommended.

Liars and scam artists. I got a flat at night when most tire shops were closed so I ended up going here to get a tire. After a few days I noticed the tire was losing air. I brought I back to them to check the tire and they “checked it” and told me the tire was fine. I went to another shop and within a few minutes they told me (and showed me) the tire had a plug and was cracked. I’m so disgusted that they took advantage of me because I was a female going there on my own!!
